How do I get my glove re-laced or restored?

Customers contact onesixballgloves@gmail.com for any glove service needs then ship glove to our address in New Berlin, WI OR customers are more than welcome to drop their glove off in person at a location deemed convenient for both parties.

How long will it take my glove to be finished?

Accepted Answer

Glove care typically takes 1-3 days (most likely 36 hours). One6 pays the return shipping using USPS Priority mail to ensure customer can receive their glove quickly after restoration is completed. 
 
IF glove is being picked up in person - turnaround is typically 36-48 hours.

Does One6 BallGloves have a store I can come to?

We do not have a store currently but are available in person drop off or shipping via whatever shipping service is most convenient and cheapest for the customer!

What do I do if a lace breaks on my glove?

Accepted Answer

Any lace which breaks after a repair within the first 3 months will receive a repair free of charge.

Do you have other colors than ones listed in your flyer on the website?

ABSOLUTELY. We have 50+ color options available to customers to choose from.

Can I come to One6 if I want a new web put on my glove?

Accepted Answer

YES! We offer web swaps as well as glove  re-lacing and restoration.
